Refund Policy

These policies govern the use of the Traider mobile and web application operated by Traider LLC ("Traider," "we," "our," or "us"). This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for subscriptions to our Service at https://www.traiderapp.com.
1. Subscription Billing
Traider operates on a subscription-based model (monthly or annual, where applicable). Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Each billing cycle is a separate charge.
2. Refund Eligibility
All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or missed usage.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at Traider's sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical failures that prevent access for an extended period
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@traiderapp.com with your account email and the date/amount of the charge. We will respond within a reasonable time. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
4. Free Trials
If offered, free trials must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings (Stripe Customer Portal) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For charges that occurred before a change, the policy in effect at the time of the charge applies.
