These policies govern the use of the Traider mobile and web application operated by Traider LLC ("Traider," "we," "our," or "us"). Traider is an AI-powered trading journal and analytics tool designed for educational and informational purposes only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traider (including https://www.traiderapp.com and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

Traider provides educational and informational tools only.

• Traider does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• All trading decisions are made solely by you.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use Traider for lawful purposes only, and not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the platform.

4. Subscriptions & Access

Some features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability at any time. Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Free trials, if offered, must be canceled before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All Traider content, branding, software, and AI outputs are owned by Traider or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks. You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete your data after a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traider is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies. We and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traider and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
